After 2 years of virtual exhibitions due to the pandemic, Display Week finally returned in person this year!

Professionals throughout the display industry met in San Jose from May 10-12 for many opportunities of networking with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers, as well as exhibitions of display product demos and solutions.

Edge is excited to report that Display Week 2022 was a HUGE success! We were thrilled to be back in person to exhibit our product and solution demos with prospective customers.

Although this year's show was considerably smaller than in years past, we saw tremendous interest in our display solutions, as usual.

Edge's LCD Solutions Program provides customers with the perfect array of products to build a custom or off-the-shelf display solution that works perfectly in their specific application. The solutions start with a careful selection of the display and the combination of the most relevant features and accessories.

CNBC recently published an article titled "China’s lockdowns could trigger a logistics snarl that may ‘dwarf’ 2020 and 2021". While we are hopeful that is not quite the case, it is important for everyone in the electronics industry to pay attention to.

SATA SSDs have been popular for a long time as a replacement for HDDs

Around the turn of the century disk drive manufacturers started the transformation of previous disk drive interfaces to SATA. If your application was boot drive or system disk, the choice for interface for one drive would be SATA. In 2008, advancements had been made on the SATA interface to reach speeds of 600 megabytes per second (MB/s) which was referred to as SATA III.

The 2021 Display Week Exhibition will be Virtual
